Basemap: Current Line Selection

The Current Line Selection active dialog displays the list of the line segments you are selecting for display in the Seismic Viewer. Before you open the Seismic Viewer, you can change line versions and modify the order in which they will be drawn. To turn the Current Line Selection active dialog on or off, from the View menu on the Basemap, select Active Dialogs, then Current Selection. You can also move, resize, and undock this dialog.

Line: The name of the seismic line selected for display.

Underlay: The version of the line which will be displayed as the underlay in the Seismic Viewer. By default this will be the working set version of the line. Click on the cell and select another version of the line to from the list to change the underlay. 

Overlay: The version of the line which will be displayed as the overlay in the Seismic Viewer. By default this will be the working set version of the line. Click on the cell and select another version of the line to from the list to change the overlay.

Load Line Selection: Load a previously saved line segment. When you load a saved line segment file, the segments will appear in the Current Line Selection active dialog. From here you can edit your segments using the other icons in the dialog box, or right click on the Basemap to open the segments in the Seismic Viewer.

Save Line Selection:Save the list of line segments.  The selected line segments are saved as an ASCII line selection file (.lsf).

Duplicate Line Selection:  Duplicate a selected line segment.  Once you've duplicated a line segment, you can select a different version of the line to display.

Move Selected Segment to Top Move a selected line segment to the top of the list.

Move Selected Segment Up:Move a selected line segment up in the list of line segments by one position.

Remove Selected Segment: Remove a selected line segment from the list.

 Move Selected Segment Down:Move a selected line segment down in the list of line segments by one position.

Move Selected Segment To Bottom: Move a selected line segment to the bottom of the list.

Show Segments for Editing: Turn this on to edit the end points of seismic segments from the Basemap after the Seismic Viewer has been launched. Left click and drag the node that is drawn at the end of the segment. When you release the mouse button, the display in the Seismic Viewer will automatically be updated. You may need to turn this off if you are trying to data near an existing node.
